President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on June 17 signed a disposal of the appeal from July 1 to July 30, 2021 for urgent valid military service and dismissal of military personnel of urgent real military service.
According to the order, from July 1 to July 30, 2021, Azerbaijani citizens of the 2003 year of birth, which was 18 years old, and 1986-2002, and 1986-2002, and the age of the call 35 years who did not undergo urgent valid military services that have no deferment rights from calling for urgent valid military service or not liberated from calling for urgent valid military service in the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.
Also, from July 1 to July 30, 2021, military personnel of urgent real military service are fired to the reserve, the deadline for service provided for in Article 38.1.1 of the Law of Azerbaijan “On Military Duty and Military Service”.
Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is entrusted to adopt the measures envisaged by law to execute this order.
