Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with representatives of the public of the Fizuli district spoke about the preparation of general plans of exemption from occupation of settlements of Azerbaijan.
“The general plans of Zangilana, Gubadla, Kelbajar and Lachina are preparing,” said the head of state.
“We will spend this work regardless of anyone, at our own expense, without contacting anyone, without taking any loans,” said the president.
According to the head of state, over many years Azerbaijan has strengthened the army for the liberation of land, and also created technical capabilities, intellectual, personnel potential and financial resources for construction and restoration work in the post-war period.
