Karabakh Armenians – Azerbaijani citizens, and Baku will determine when to conduct a dialogue with them, said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, answering in Prague the correspondent of Radio Liberty.
“Karabakh Armenians are our citizens, and we ourselves will determine when talking to them. This is our internal business. We do not intend to discuss this issue with any country,” Ilham Aliyev said.
According to the head of state, he hopes for the positive results of the meeting with the participation of the presidents of Azerbaijan, France, the chairman of the European Council and the Prime Minister of Armenia.
“I hope that the results of the meeting will be positive, progress will be achieved in the issue of signing a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We hope for this,” Ilham Aliyev added.
