From the day of the Summit in Casablanca in 1994 to the present, the organization of Islamic cooperation adopted more than 80 resolutions that condemn Armenia aggression against Azerbaijan supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country. As reported by AzerTaj, this, in particular, said the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, speaking in the video format at the II summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OR) on science and technologies.
“Azerbaijan always made efforts to strengthen solidarity between Islamic countries. The next manifestation of this was the IV game of Islamic solidarity with the participation of 54 states carried out by us in 2017. Along with this, we have begun a scholarship program that allows citizens of the countries participants in the organization of Islamic cooperation to receive education in our country.
We highly appreciate consistent support for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation of the fair position of Azerbaijan in connection with Armenian military aggression. From the day of the Summit in Casablanca in 1994 to the present, the organization of Islamic cooperation has adopted more than 80 resolutions that condemn Armenia aggression against Azerbaijan supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country. In this context, it should be especially noted by the institution in 2016 of the Contact Group of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in connection with the aggression of the Republic of Armenia against the Azerbaijan Republic.
