Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced the need to create sports infrastructure on liberated territories – in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezure.
“Sports should develop on the liberated territories. We are already working on it. Stadiums, sports complexes and other sports facilities are provided in the general planms of all cities in the liberated territories. Federation, as well as the Ministry of Youth and Sports, can now provide relevant projects. Because What the general plan of cities provide for the placement of sports facilities.
