President Ilham Aliyev on December 29 signed a decree on measures to assign the title of “Veteran War” to persons participating in combat operations for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. This is reported by the site of the head of state.
According to the order, the participants of the Patriotic War will be awarded the title “Veteran of War”.
This order comes into force on January 1, 2022.
