Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent the participants of the 2nd Azerbaijan International Exhibition “Restoration, Reconstruction and Development of Karabakh-Rebuild Karabakh” and 27th Azerbaijan International Construction Exhibition, the official website of the head of state.
“Historically, Karabakh was one of the developed regions of Azerbaijan.
