Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in connection with the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide. It is reported by the official website of the head of state.
According to the order, the administration of the President of Azerbaijan is entrusted to prepare a plan of activities on the occasion of the anniversary of the Khojaly genocide and to ensure its implementation.
