Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order for indexing labor pensions. The appropriate order is published on the website of the Head of State.
The indexation of the insurance part of labor pensions will be carried out at the level of growth in the nominal wage in 2021. The indexation of pension capital will be carried out in accordance with inflation for 2021.
In addition, pensioners who have an employment experience and retired until January 1, 2022 (with the exception of retirees receiving discharges for labor experience), in 2022, the payment of material assistance in the amount of 200 manat (equal parts of times a quarter will be paid ).
In connection with this, the Cabinet of Ministers is instructed within one month to prepare proposals for inclusion from January 1, 2023 financial assistance in the annual pension; Prepare proposals for the procedure for indexing pensions of persons who receive surcharges for driving experience and on the provision of financial assistance in the category of persons in 2022.
