Article 208.1 of the Criminal Code provided for restriction of liberty or imprisonment for up to three years in cases of non-return from abroad on a large amount received by the heads of organizations as a result of foreign economic activity and the obligatory transfer to the AR legislation to the account of the authorized person Bank of the country.
According to the amendment to the law, in case of non-return of foreign exchange funds from abroad, not only heads of organizations will be held accountable.
