Ilham Aliyev urged Armenia not to miss a historical chance

“War and conflict remained in history. We are ready to start negotiations with Armenia to delimit the border, subject to mutual recognition of territorial integrity and are also ready to begin negotiations on a peace agreement with Armenia,” said Ilham Aliyev.

According to the President, Azerbaijan as a winner is ready to normalize relations with Armenia: “We hope that Armenian leadership will not miss this historical chance.”
