Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan made a change in the decision of April 22, 1998 “On the rates of customs duties on export-import operations.” The appropriate decision was signed by Prime Minister AR Ali Asadov.
According to the amendment, in accordance with Article 19.2 of the Law “On the Customs Tariff” from the imported customs duty, grain and grain processing products are exported for the purpose of delivering to the State Grain Fund.
