According to the State Customs Committee, gold, silver, jewelry, precious stones are imported in December, a total of $ 92.7 million. This is 3.2 times higher than the previous 11 months ($ 28.8 million).
During the year of the export of gold, silver and jewelry, $ 205.6 million was reversed. This is 1.4% less than in 2020.
In 2021, the Government in order to prevent counterfeit goods decided on preferential taxation of jewelry – excise rates on them, canceled for three years.
