The preparatory process of delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border will be started from the zero point, Armenia gave its consent to the proposal of Russia. This was stated by the Chairman of the Armenian Parliament Commission on Defense and Security, a member of the ruling faction “Civil Agreement” Andranik Kocharian.
“The preparatory process of delimitation and demarcation will be started from the zero point. Armenia gave its consent to participation at the beginning of this work,” Kocharian said, Interfax passes.
At the same time, Kocharian refused to provide any details. “Negotiations are conducted in secrecy,” he noted.
In turn, the member of the civil contract faction, the head of the Fractive Relations Commission, Edward Agadzhanyan, said that Armenia sent a written notice to Russia to start working as part of the process of delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
