The Armenian government adopted a resolution on the creation of a foreign intelligence service (SVR), the Armenian media write.
“The new department will be engaged in intelligence and the fight against terrorism,” said the Prime Minister of the Republic Nikol Pashinyan.
SVR will obey the Prime Minister, the Cabinet’s decision should still discuss the country’s parliament.
