On Tuesday, July 5, information about the death of 37-year-old Elfag Ragimov, who worked at the Baku Electric Machine Plant, located on the territory of the village of Gala, received information on the death of the Khazar district, was received in the district prosecutor’s office of the Khazar district.
According to Haqqin.az in the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, the worker died as a result of a piece of iron on it.
The prosecutor’s office of the Khazar district opened a criminal case under article 162.2 (violation of labor protection rules, which entailed by negligence of the death of a person) of the Criminal Code.
Currently, the investigation in the case continues.
