In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a regular trial in the criminal case of a detainee in Ukraine and the businessman of Maxoud Makhmudova was extradevented to Azerbaijan, reports HAQQIN.AZ
It is noted that the court continued to question the victim Aslan Gahramanova, who stated that Makhmudov laid the gold of citizens to the bank and took the money on credit.
“Maxoud made this money from the bank for identity cards of familiar people, gave people and earned this. I gave all my gold wife Magseud. It was a family scam,” said Gahramanov.
At that moment, Maksud Mahmudov began to be worn, and the troubles occurred. The court removed the defendant for offensive words and postponed the process until April 15.
Note that Maksud Mahmudov, announced in the international search by the Ministry of Internal Affairs under Article 178.3.2 (fraud committed with damage in large-scale) was detained in Ukraine in July 2021. On September 18, he was delivered from Ukraine to Azerbaijan and transferred to the consequence. In the period of the investigation, he was charged under the article on the embezzlement of objects of particular value. The case pass 90 victims.
