According to media reports, the incident occurred in the 9th security area of Kabul. According to eyewitnesses, after the explosion, sounds of shots were heard.
It is noted that the incident occurred after the undermining of the self-made explosive device. The explosion was directed to the car of the metropolitan police. There are no information about possible victims.
