For three years, the company “Logistics and cargo transportation – 166” implements the program in the internship in the “Logistics Academy -166”. This year, a selection was taken for three-month internship among 714 candidates. And only 52 applicants received the right to practical activities.
The participants of the program are students and graduates of universities. Within three months, the experts receive the necessary practical and theoretical knowledge in various structures of the company.
It is noted that candidates who have successfully demonstrated their knowledge and skills during internship will be hired to work in various departments of the logistics company.
Summer internship program is held since 2019. In general, from the beginning of the implementation of the program, more than 4,200 applicants addressed the company. And only 153 candidates successfully passed all the selection stages, starting practical activities in the company. Thus, most of the participants are currently involved in various structural departments of the company “Logistics and trucking 166”.
