Three policemen died in the explosion of a mined car at the checkpoint in the province of Herat in the north-west of Afghanistan. This is reported by Tolo News TV channel with reference to the authorities.
Province Governor Sayed Wahid Kalata said that the explosion occurred in the district of Zinda Gian. After the explosion, the Taliban was attacked for County from three directions, the collisions were continued for several hours.
According to the governor, the Taliban also attacked other regions of the province, during which, however, the security forces of Afghanistan were not affected.
