For several days now it has been reported on the emergence of drinking water shortage in the city of Hankendi (Stepanakert), controlled by the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
According to reports of the Armenian media, in particular there is no water in a number of residential areas of Hankendi. “The City Hall” decided to stop the flow of water to the car washing and recreation areas operating in the city.
