The head of the IAEA Rafael Grossy at a conference in Rome said that experts are close to an acceptable agreement between Ukraine and Russia to create a security zone around the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.
“Now we have a proposal on the table, which, in other words, is aimed at stopping the crazy bombing of the largest nuclear power plant in Europe,” he said.
