In Iran, they stated that they were not in a hurry, but also do not lose time

Iran is not in a hurry to conclude a deal, the final agreement on the results of the Vienna negotiations on the resumption of the 2015 nuclear transaction must comply with the criteria and principles of Tehran. This was stated to journalists the main negotiator of Iran at the Viennese Negotiations, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Abbas Arakchi, speaking on the results of the sixth round of negotiations.

Arakchi stressed that his team seeks to achieve a “good and appropriate agreement” for Iri. “We are not in a hurry and do not lose time in this process,” he noted.

“It is important that any agreement corresponds to the criteria and principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Arakchi emphasized.

“It’s time to other parties to make a decision. We have already taken difficult solutions and remained in CVPD. We are ready to continue the negotiations until they (other parties) do not come to the decision,” he said.

Touching the new round of negotiations, the Deputy Minister of Iran said that the meeting at the expert level began immediately after the meeting of the Joint CRPD Commission. Arakchi added that the negotiations will continue over the next days, while the parties do not come to the conclusion and will not receive “almost complete vision of the final agreement.”
