In Istanbul, a tripartite meeting of representatives of Turkey, Russia and Ukraine ended. This was reported by sources in the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Negotiations were held at the residence of Dolmabakhche under the chairmanship of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Hakan Fidan. They lasted about 1 hour 45 minutes.

The Russian delegation, headed by the adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky, included Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikhail Galuzin, director of the General Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Igor Kostomikov, Deputy Minister of Defense Alexander Fomin and other officials.
The Ukrainian delegation is headed by the Minister of Defense Rustam Umarov. It included Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Kislitsa, Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Alexander Ost as, Deputy Head of Foreign Intelligence Service Oleg Lugovsky and other officials.
