In the rebellious Khabarovsk region, the election of the governor was held. These will be early elections related to the fact that the previous leader of the region Sergey Fourgal was arrested in July 2020.
No sensation in the election did not happen – they won the Virio of the head of the region, Mikhail Degtyarev. The preliminary results were announced by the chairman of the election commission of the edge of Denis Kuzmenko.
Degtyarev is gaining 56.81% of the votes. In second place, the candidate from the party “Fair Russia – for the truth” Moscow TV presenter Marina Kim – 25.39%. The husband of the press secretary of Mikhail Degtyareva Vladimir Parfenova, who put forward the “Party of Pensioners”, 10.02%, and the candidate from the party “Motherland” a native of Azerbaijan Babek Mamedov scored 3.53%.
Experts say that none of the competitors of Virio Governor did not lead the election campaign, which disappointed the protest electorate.
Recall that Bajek Mamedova, as his candidate, put forward the regional batch of the “Motherland” party (founded by Dmitry Rogozin – Ed.). He was born in Azerbaijan, but for a long time he lives in Khabarovsk and graduated from a local university. Among the candidates, he declared in 2020 the largest income – more than 16 million rubles.
