Speech on the exchange of Ukrainian opposition policy Viktor Medvedchuk is not conducted for prisoners of war, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, writes RIA Novosti.
“No, there is no talk of this,” Peskov said to reporters, answering the question of whether Moscow was negotiating the topic of the exchange of Medvedchuk for prisoners of war.
