On the air of the Kyrgyz TV channel, the 7th channel, with the organizational support of the Turkish Agency for Coordination and Cooperation (Tika), was released dedicated to Turkish cooking.
The “Turkish Taste” program was prepared as part of the “Week of Turkish Cuisine”, which is held in many countries of the world under the patronage of the wife of Turkey President Emine Erdogan.
The guests of the host of the program of Zhanara Narmatova were the Channel Director Ilyazbek Baltashev, the Culture Advisor of the Turkish Embassy in Bishkek Alparslan Akyndi, the Tika Coordinator in Bishkek Osman Stoli and the chef of the Turkish Embassy in Kyrgyz Yylmaz Ashji.
Ashji presented the audience with the dishes of Turkish cuisine he prepared, talked about the recipes for cooking some dishes.
The program will be aired three times a week throughout the year.
