Chairman Milli Majlis Sahib Gafarova, First Deputy Chairman Ali Huseynley, Vice-Chairman Adil Aliyev and Phazale Ibragimli, Chairmen of the Parliamentary Committees, the head of the Safa Mirzoev Parliament and other officials laid a wreath and flowers to the monument to Heydar Aliyev in the foyer of the Milljlis Building.
Event participants honored the memory of an outstanding political figure of Azerbaijan.
