The Ministry of Health held a meeting of the head of the department of Teimur Musaeva with the director of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Azerbaijan Jeide Singh and the head of the Azerbaijani Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) Handea Harmanji. The Health Minister Teymur Musaev said that thanks to the efforts of President Ilham Aliyev, citizens of Azerbaijan were provided with all vaccines developed on different technological platforms.
T. Musaev also reported on the use of digital and innovative technologies in Azerbaijan and reforms in the health system.
The parties exchanged views on the psychological and post-traumatic rehabilitation of war veterans and their families, the restoration of medical infrastructure in the liberated territories and other areas, the introduction of new technologies in health institutions, etc. Also was also noted the importance of implementing joint projects in the future.
