In Moldova, they improved the legislation in the field of use of explosives.
The new law establishing the conditions under which the purchase, sale, storage, use and operation of explosives for civil use is allowed on the territory of the country, adopted on Thursday, March 28 in the second reading parliamentary deputies, Moldipers reports.
Thus, entering the market of the Republic of Moldova of these explosives is allowed only on condition that they meet the basic safety requirements.
Foreign citizens will not have access to operations and work with explosives in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
The document also stipulates the obligations of manufacturers, distributors and importers of explosives for civilian use; licensing conditions for the implementation of operations for the sale, storage, import, export, re -export of these products; transportation of explosives, as well as the rules for certification of explosives for the preparation and (or) handling of explosives.
Another position of the project concerns monitoring the compliance of the explosive regime for civil application, which will be carried out by the National Inspectorate of Technical Supervision.
