Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov jokingly advised Europeans to listen to the speeches of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, if after them gas prices are declining.
Previously, at a meeting with representatives of the European Business Association, Lavrov said that Gazprom fulfills all its gas supply obligations to Europe, Moscow is ready to help European countries in overcoming the energy crisis, and the actions of the European Commission and the United States for the “Northern Flow” became one of the reasons for the current gas crisis in Europe.
“Let the Putin’s speech be listening often,” Lavrov joked in response to the replica of the head of the French company Engie in the Russian Federation, who said that the markets had a positively reacted to Putin’s speech and gas prices in Europe decreased by 30%.
“Let’s remind you that none of the other leaders made a statement when prices were minus zero. No one was worried,” the Russian minister added
