In Moscow, they sentenced to three years colony “ex-minister” self-proclaimed “DPR”

The court in Moscow sentenced to three and a half years the colony of the former minister of income and fees of the self -proclaimed “DPR” Alexander Timofeev, known as Tashkent. This was reported by the Russian media.

Timofeev was found guilty of attempted fraud on an especially large scale. As the court established, together with the former adviser to the ex -Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov, Igor Sosnovsky Timofeev promised to contribute to the termination of the criminal prosecution of the businessman for five million dollars. Sosnovsky in April received a suspended sentence.

The prosecution requested four years of imprisonment for Timofeev – the minimum period taking into account the sane article. However, the court appointed a sentence below the minimum possible limit, taking into account the fact that the person involved is a war veteran, has the title of “Hero of the DPR” and injuries.
