Russia does not want to expose Kyiv to a big military risk, the head of the Russian delegation in the negotiations with Ukraine, the Assistant of the President of Russia Vladimir Medinsky on the air of the RT channel.
“Do not want to expose this city (Kyiv) to an additional (military) risk,” said Medinsky.
