The chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan is appointed Ilgar Sadygov.
As Haqqin.az, Ilgar Sadygova, presented the team, represented the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Fuad Najafli, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan Anar Guliyev and First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivyanskaya Arzer Azer Zeynals.
Ilgar Sadygov was born in Baku in 1965, before his appointment in Nakhchivan headed the Main Directorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karabakh region under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan.
