In New Delhi, about 200 people became infected with “black mold” – Mulkumikosis. The Minister of Health of the Capital Delhi Delhi Satyandar Jain, Delhi Satyandar Jain, announced a sharp increase in the number of illness.

“Earlier for the year reported on 30-50 such cases, now the number has grown quite strongly,” explained Jain. Currently, about 8-10 private clinics and state hospitals are treated infected with “black mold.” At the same time, there are lack of such treatments for the treatment of mucormicosis as amphotericin.

Earlier in the two Indian states of Rajasthan and Telangan, the epidemic of “black mold” was announced. It is noted that the number of cases increases against the background of the impact of coronavirus, the infection of the fungus is manifested as a side effect of COVID-19.

On May 9, the doctors of the Indian State Gujarat recorded the outbreak of the muffomicosis in the surviving coronavirus. Journalists reported that more than 100 people have already infected in the country. Two days earlier it became known about 40 recorded cases of black mold: eight patients from their number lost sight.
