After his speech, some deputies from the ruling party began to verbally insult Sargsyan, who wanted to leave the plenary meeting room, as a result of which tension arose in the hall of the National Assembly.

In a short time, the dispute grew up and grew into a fight, during which blows and hands were used, bottles of water were thrown.

The employees of the State Security Service who had interfered in the brawl managed to separate the parties.

After the fight, the meeting was interrupted, but the fight continued for some time outside the plenary meeting room.
