“Russia bombed Ukraine that day, and Russia is fully responsible for everything that is falling. No one accuses Ukraine of deliberate bombing of Polish territory … Today there are many signs that one of the missiles that tried to knock down the Russian missile, not I got to the target, the system of self -lifting did not work, and this missile led to the tragedy, ”he said.
Yakub Kumokh noted that Ukrainian experts will probably be allowed to investigate the scene, if the Polish-American investigative group does not have comments “at the technical level”.
