First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia at the UN Dmitry Polyansky allowed the delay in “special operations” in Ukraine because of the Western countries. His words in an interview with the British publication are reported by TASS.
“If Western countries try to stop the conflict by pouring gasoline into the fire, of course, he can drag on for a while,” the Russian diplomat said.
