The Russian side hopes for the phased movement of the parties in the issue of delimitation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Mikhail Galuzin, deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, told the local media.
“We proceed from the fact that the implementation of progress in the work under a peace treaty will be facilitated by the implementation of all tripartite agreements at the highest level of November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021 and October 31, 2022, which formed the” roadmap ” comprehensive normalization of Azerbaijani -Armenian relations. In particular, we count on the phased movement forward in such areas as unlocking transport and economic ties in the region, divisional border, ”said Galuzin.
