On December 23, an armed incident occurred at one of the farms located on the territory of the Salian district, the APA reports.
According to the information, the incident occurred as a result of the conflict that arose between the shepherd R. Salmanov and the farm owner F.Misgerley.
According to the Senior Inspector of the Shirvan Regional Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Senior Lieutenant Police Nizam Hamidov, Salmanov, during the conflict, shot from firearms and wounded the owner of the farm on which he worked.
It is noted that Salmanov was detained by police officers. A single-baulous rifle is seized as a physical evidence. The owner of the farm was hospitalized to the Central District Hospital. In fact, the investigation is underway.
