Five parties were held in the State Duma on the results of the elections on September 17-19 when voting on the party list. At the expense of single-member districts in the lower chamber of parliament, eight parties will be presented, the head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilov.
“United Russia” retains a constitutional majority, getting more than 300 seats. The Communist Party of the Russian Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was noticeably improved its results, the share of the LDPR decreased almost twice, the five percent barrier overcame the newly created “New People” party, transfers TASS.
The final appearance, according to CEC, was 51.68%. This is more than in the 2016 elections, when the indicator was equal to 47.88%.
The five percent barrier necessary for hitting the State Duma overcame “United Russia”, Communist Party of the Russian Federation, LDPR, “Fair Russia – for the truth” and “new people” (5.33%), follows from the data CEC after processing almost 100% Protocols.
The new party is held in Parliament for the first time since 2007. Then the “Motherland” block, presented in the fourth convocation, replaced the “Fair Russia”.
More than four political forces are held in the State Duma for the first time since 1999, when the Communist Party received the mandates, “United Russia”, “Fatherland – All Russia”, “Union of Right Forces”, Block Zhirinovsky and Apple.
“United Russia” is gaining 49.85% – it is a little less than in past elections when it received 54.2%. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation receives 18.96% against 13.34% in 2016, the LDPR – 7.5%, which is noticeably less than five years ago.
Among the non-Parliamentary parties, the party of pensioners (2.46%), “Apple” (1.33%) and “Communists of Russia” (1.27%) were achieved.
