“In the framework of the implementation of the Agreement in Iran, the problem of low gas pressure in the northern provinces in the cold season will be eliminated,” the official quotes the Agency.

According to Ismaili, one of the key areas of foreign policy of the current administration of IRE was the construction of relations with other countries, the activation of diplomacy and focus on the neighboring states.

Therefore, Izmaili, at the 15th SEPS summit, which was held in Ashgabat on November 28, the issue of the development of economic relations with the participating countries in various fields was raised, cooperation on trade, energy, digital economy was discussed. and various platforms.

The head of the Iranian president recalled that bilateral meetings with the presidents of Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan were held on the fields of the summit, managed to achieve “good agreements” with neighbors, including gas.

According to the contract signed on November 28, Turkmen gas in the amount of up to 1.5-2 billion cubic meters per year will be supplied to Azerbaijan on the territory of Iran, the deliveries will begin on December 22 of this year. As a result, five IRI provinces will be provided with gas.
