In connection with this fact, the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan has initiated a criminal case under Article 283.2.3 (initiation of national, racial, social or religious Hate and hostility committed by an organized group) and 324 (abuse of the state flag or state coat of arms of Azerbaijan) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. Conducting the investigation is entrusted with the investigative department of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
