President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky turned to the Danes on the anniversary of the country’s liberation from the Nazis. He emphasized that then they celebrated victory and hoped that this so cruel war would be the last. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the president’s office.
Zelensky emphasized that Russia dreams of capturing Ukraine and other European states.
“Right now and in Ukraine it is decided how people will live on our continent. Will there be peace. Not only with us, but also our neighbors, but you do not know what state borders are. Tyrania never does not stop at the capture of only one country, ”Zelensky noted.
He recalled how he turned to the Danes on the 34th day of the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine. The President then said that Russia used 1370 missiles against our country. Today – already 1993 rockets.
“Just imagine how many lives they took away. Most of them hit non -military objects,” said the Ukrainian leader.
He said that the Russians have already destroyed 1584 educational objects in our country. These are kindergartens, schools, universities. For 70 days from the beginning of a full -scale invasion, the Russian troops killed 220 Ukrainian children.
