President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the “Book of the Executioners” will be created in the near future.
In the video message, Zelensky said that we are talking about the information system in which data on war crimes committed by Russian troops, including those who gave criminal orders, will accumulate. He added that work on the system is already going on.
“I have repeatedly emphasized that they will all be responsible and we are approaching this step by step,” said the President of Ukraine.
