Congressman from US Republican Party Jim Banks has developed a bill “about Putin’s responsibility”, which suggested imposing sanctions against the President of Russia, members of his family, another 35 Russians, including businessmen, officials, heads of state banking and state corporation managers. Also, the draft law provides for: the announcement of Russia by the state – the sponsor of terrorism and the announcement of the Armed Forces of the Donbass by foreign terrorist organizations; sanctions against the North Stream-2 pipeline, including against organizations involved in planning, building, maintenance of the pipeline “; Ban for US citizens on any operations with the Russian State Dolg.
