The Ukrainian army has every chance until the end of 2022 to drop Russian troops to position on February 23. The return of Crimea is possible already in 2023. This was stated by the former commander of the United States in Europe Ben Hodges in the Ukrainian media.
“I am sure that the Russians have no will to fight. They do not go to the army. The Kremlin is looking for reserves in North Korea, Africa, Syria. Even in prisons in order to force someone to fight in the … Russian army. .. All this suggests that the Russians are vulnerable and exhausted, ”the American military believes.
According to Hodges, “in the next few weeks, heavy battles are waiting for us, and potentially that Russian troops will sprinkle. I do not see how they can improve their situation in the near future. However, we (the USA) must provide Ukraine with everything necessary” .
