The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation did not see the corpus delicti in the statements of the Russian journalist Anton Krasovsky, who called for “drowning” and “burn” children in Ukraine. This is stated in the response of the department for a request from a lawyer and deputy of the Moscow City Duma Evgeny Stupin, writes Meduza.
“I report that in the appeal of information about the perfect or preparing crime against minors or their participation is not reported. The issues related to the competence of the Main Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia in Moscow are not contained,” the document published by Stupin.
It also notes that the deputy’s appeal was redirected to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow “In order to conduct operational-search measures”.
