Average annual inflation in Azerbaijan at the end of December 2021 amounted to 6.7%, the State Statistical Committee reports.
according to official estimates, inflation in Azerbaijan in December amounted to 1.6%. At the same time, prices for food products, drinks and tobacco rose by 2.6%, on non-food goods – by 0.7%, services went up by 0.9%. In Azerbaijan, in December 2021, inflation was recorded at 1.6% of inflation in November at the level of 1.5%.
Average annual food product inflation at the end of December amounted to 8.1%, in non-food products – 5.1%, services – 5.8%. Mid annual inflation in Azerbaijan in 2020 amounted to 2.8%.
