Antalya will accept the International Congress of astronautics in 2026. This was stated by the Minister of Industry and Technologies of Turkey Mehmet Fatikh Kajir, performed at the opening ceremony of the first enterprise for the production of video systems in the province of Kojaeli.
According to the head of the department, the International Congress of astronautics is the world’s largest event in the field of astronautics.
“This year, this Congress takes place in Azerbaijan, in Baku. We applied for this large -scale event in 2026 in Turkish Antalya, fought in the process of nomination of candidates. They just informed me that Turkey won this race. In 2026 Antalya will accept the world’s largest space congress, ”said Kajir.
This event will benefit our country and the people. This is our general success, a common source of pride, ”the minister emphasized.
